Cake's lumpiness gets worse, to the point where he starts acting like a Lumpy space person. So Fionna takes her phone and impersonates Lumpy Space Prince to have Miles to drive them to Makeout Point, and he agrees. He calls Miles who reminds him that tonight is the weekly promcoming dance, and soon Lumpy Space Prince acts shocked, as he had forgotten. Fionna is frustrated that he has again forgotten the urgency of the situation. Lumpy Space Prince tries using her parents' car, but they ban her from it after she mouths off to them and makes her father cry (Her mother forbids smooth people in Lumpy Space).įionna asks Lumpy Space Prince if he knows anyone else with a car and he tells her that her friend Miles but she is dating her ex-girlfriend, Bren. starts to show them her house but Fionna reminds him of the urgency of the situation and she tells them that the antidote is at Makout Point. They hit a roadblock when Lumpy Space Prince also says that they have to use a car to travel or they will fall into the Lumpy Abyss. Lumpy Space Prince gives the frog the password, which is "WHATEVER IT'S 2009!", and they are transported into Lumpy Space. Cake's right arm and leg have already become lumpy, so Lumpy Space Prince takes Fionna and Cake to The Lumps to find Lumps Antidote. Prince Gumball was also going to go with them, but he had to go to the bathroom saying, "I should not have drunk that much tea!" Lumpy Space Prince takes Fionna and Cake into the Cotton Candy Forest to the portal which is a frog and mushroom. The Lumps begin to transform a smooth person into a Lumpy Space Person and if the victim is not cured by sunset, that person will be lumpy forever. Soon Cake's bite mark turns into a bump, and while Cake brushes it off as "nothing ominous," Lumpy Space Prince tells them that it is the early stage of The Lumps: a disease that happens whenever a Lumpy Space person bites a smooth person (similar to werewolf-like curses). He turns off his floating powers and during a bad fall, he accidentally bites Cake. Lumpy Space Prince says it is easy, but Fionna calls him a faker and points out that it is easy for him because he is floating, not bouncing. Fionna complains about the tea party but Prince Gumball tells her not to worry and that it takes years to master.
